Helen has worked at Horn Hill Dental Practice since 2001. During her time she has undertaken many roles such as receptionist, dental nurse, and now - manager. 
 Institute SM Certification in Management.
CQC Registered Manager.
National Cetrificate in Dental Nursing - 2008.
​Registered Dental Nurse.
Hobbies outside of work include... spending quality time with family and friends.

Miss Becca Crossman
Receptionist 
Becca is one of our two practice receptionists, who works along side Debs to greet you with a friendly face and help you with all your enquiries, appointments & general practice admin. 
Becca joined us in 2020 just after the pandemic and has been a great addition to our team. 
Becca is trained in basic life support/first aid skills and keeps up to date with online courses and training. 
Hobbies outside of work include... quality time with friends, cooking, going on holidays and walking her dogs Axl (Boxer) & Ollie (Dachshund).

Miss Debs Pattinson
Receptionist
Debs is one of our two practice receptionists, who works along side Becca to greet you with a friendly face and help you with all your enquiries, appointments & general practice admin.
Debs joined us in 2021. She has  settled in great and achieving new goals everyday. 
Debs is trained in basic life support/first aid skills and keeps up to date with online training. Deb has recently undertaken training to become the practice fire marshal. 
Hobbies outside of work include... taking her dogs - Teddy (Cockapoo) & Freddy (Cavalier King Charles) to the beach, paddleboarding and holidays.

Bachelor of Dental Surgery -  Newcastle 1996.
David has worked at Horn Hill Dental Practice since 1998. He works at the practice Monday-Friday.
Special Interest in Sedation and treating anxious patients. ​
​Special Interest in Oral Surgery.
​AATC Community Champion Recognised Award - For the positive difference made to a family in the community living with autism.
​Hobbies outside of work include... walking, biking, cooking and photography.

Ben has worked at Horn Hill Dental Practice since 2017. He works at the practice on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Shanthi has worked at Horn Hill Dental Practice since 2018. Shanthi works with us Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. 
Shanthi predominatly treats our small base of NHS patients, such as Children. Shanthi is very caring & patient with Children. 
Hobbies outside of work include... all things art & crafts, walking, biking and spending quality time with friends & family. ​

Diploma in Conscious Sedation - University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.
Yvonne started working with us in May 2021.  She currently works with us on Tuesdays.
Hobbies outside of work include...wild swimming, sailing, kayaking and walking Alfie (the crazy cocker spaniel).

Hazel has worked at Horn Hill Dental Practice since 2019. 
​Hazel plans to complete & qualify in SAAD Inhalation & Intravenous Sedation in the future.
Hobbies outside of work include... spending time with her family, running her farm and spending time outside. Hazel also enjoys sports such as Rugby and running.

Miss Emily Louise Cosgrove

When Emily qualifies as a Dental Nurse she will then register under the GDC & recieve a unique GDC number which will be displayed here.
​Emily is currently studying towards becoming a Registered Level 3 Dental Nurse (City & Guilds). 
Emily is undergoing in house training & online learning. She is meeting all her targets and eager to complete her course.
​​She aims to complete all her training & fully qualify in 2024.
Hobbies outside of work include... retail therapy, spending quality time with her nieces and going on trips away. She also enjoys being a part time makeup artist.

Miss Ava Dixon

Ava is the newest member of our team. She joined us in June 2023 and will be training to become a sterilisation nurse before joining a training program in August 2023 to become a qualified dental nurse.
​Ava is soon going to be studying towards becoming a Registered Level 3 Dental Nurse (City & Guilds).

Hobbies outside of work include... spending quality time with her friends and family, holidays including center parcs with her friends and abroad with her family.

Practice cleaner
June attends the practice after hours to ensure the cleanliness and general maintenance of the practice is kept to a high standard at Horn Hill Dental Practice. Although the nurses complete the decontaminating process of surgeries and clinical areas, June ensures that the communal areas are also kept to a high standard.
