​

"I'm in pain, but you are closed because its a weekend... I am a regular, routine patient, can I still access treatment or advice even when you are 'closed'?"

YES.
We do host an "on call" service so we can provide access to advice or if needed - treatment to our routine patients, out of our routine opening hours. 
​
Our answer phone message will provide information on both NHS out of hours service, and our own arrangements for private and Denplan patients.

​There is no charge for the phone advice we provide you with, and call out fees are included within our Denplan Excel Care scheme (apart from the first £15). 

​If you are a Private patient the call out fee will be £350 + time (if the procedure takes longer than 15 minutes). The range of treatment we are able to provide out of hours is restricted, and high complexity procedures such as surgical extractions or sedation will not be undertaken without our full team being available. The dentist on call will be able to provide more detailed advice when you speak to them. They will provide you with various options.

If you are experiencing a dental emergency, and we are closed, please contact 01229 - 772319 where the answer machine will direct you to one of our on call dentists, who will triage you and either advise or allocate you an appointment if required.

​In-between Christmas & New Year, routine treatment will NOT be available to access, however we will be running an "EMERGENCY SERVICE" for those who require emergency dental care during this time.

​If you are experiencing dental pain, trauma, swelling or bleeding on these days, and you are a routine patient of the practice, we are still here to help you during this time! We will be providing an "EMERGENCY SERVICE"  for these instances.
