We are always looking for new ways to improve the service we offer you. Your opinions and feedback are really important in helping us to do this. All your feedback is compiled and discussed at our practice meetings monthly and we hope to continue this. The previous years have been very challenging due to the pandemic. "After many years of avoiding the dentist, and only when my dental pain far exceeded my fear did i finally face up to the fact i needed help. I was incredibly fortunate to be referred to Dr David Smith who offers a number of different options to enable highly anxious patients to receive dental care. David is patient, calm, gentle, reassuring, with a 100% patient centred care approach to dentistry. Six or so appointments later and i am nearing the end of my treatment plan. Not once have i felt any pain during any of my procedures and the fact i have kept going back for more is testament to the care and expertise of David and his team. "I was referred to horn hill from my dentist after they couldn't preform the procedure.
I felt far more at easy under horn hills care. The dentist was great and said he could do everything I had been asking my dentist to do for almost 2 years. I had 4 teeth removed in just over an hour under sedation. I didn't feel anything and it felt like I had been in there a few minutes. To sum it up it was the best dentist experience I have had. The dentist and the receptionist were brilliant. I had very minimal pain afterwards, I also recived a email after the treatment to explain what they did. I am now waiting to see if I can be transferred to them, even though it is about a two and a half hour round trip". |

"Fantastic staff and Dentist. I had to take my mother with me as she has Dementia and the girls on the front desk made sure she was ok whilst I was having a tooth removed. This isn’t in their job description and made my life so much easier that day. As for the dentist and his nurse, I simply have never been treat better anywhere. "Finally after suffering since June last year, horn hill was recommended to me. So my infected tooth has been taken out at hornhill dental surgery in millom. Can't thank them enough. Almost painless and obviously well equipt to deal with nervous patients".

"Really can't praise this practice enough. Went to have a root removal on Wednesday. Was a little nervous but Dr Smith put me at ease instantly. Explained the procedure step by step. It was absolutely painless. I can't believe how well it went and I have had very little trouble since I came home only a little tenderness. I will never worry again having tooth surgery.
